Where
To Park?
I
feel sorry for most festival organizers when it comes to event
parking. It’s a no win situation, but it

How
Do People Find You?
I am sure that Judi and I are not the
only ones who visit out-of-town festivals and events. While I am
normally able to find most places, there are some smaller towns
that need the help of directions to find them.

About Us
Festival & Event Planning is owned and managed by Gary McWilliams.
Mr. McWilliams has been involved with the creation and management of festivals
and events for over 20 years. As co-founder
of a very successful festival, Mr. McWilliams
worked with city officials and service club members to make
the event become a reality. Years later, Mr. McWilliams
chaired the festival’s Central Board of Directors.
Mr. McWilliams has been involved with several other events,
including the creation and managing of the Farini
Festival. Other event involvement includes the
working with and chairing several fund raising
banquets, including Ruffed Grouse Society, Ducks Unlimited,
Quail Unlimited and Friends of the National Rifle Association.
In addition to Festival and Event Planning,
Mr. McWilliams has created three other web based festival
and event services:
StepOne
Connections
www.steponeconnections.com
offers festival and event
planners personalized consulting and training services.
Services include festival and event
evaluation, event creation, event
re-vitalization and volunteer training.
Ontario
Festivals Visited (OFV)
www.ontariofestivalsvisited.ca
is a consumer based website that offers festival
and event attendees an insight into "visited"
festivals, events and attractions. Each festival,
or attraction is personally visited by Mr. McWilliams and
then an article is written and published (with photos) on
the OFV website. A series of Radio Features have been developed
about the festivals visited and have been
offered free of charge to local Radio Stations.
